We worked as a family tonight to get our largest apples off of their tree before the wind and the birds did any more damage.
Look at the size of these beauties!! They'll make terrific home-canned cinnamon applesauce .

Smaller apples from our upper pasture orchard were sliced directly into the dehydrator for dried apples to be enjoyed this winter.
