While the boys have been shooting guns, throwing knives, eating beef, skipping rocks, lounging in chairs, burping, scratching, and countless other "manly pursuits" at Men's Rendezvous -- the Kronz girls have been having a time of our own. The following are some of the "girly" things we've had fun doing:
1. Putting on makeup (Isabelle has her own little girl makeup complete with sparkles that only comes out at this time of year)
2. Visiting with girlfriends
3. Swimming
4. Eating breakfast on the front porch complete with tea, devotional, and singing!
5. Snuggling in bed together
6. Shopping
7. Putting on makeup (did I already mention this??)
8. Going to the zoo
9. Walking through the rose gardens (and smelling nearly each one! Aaachhhhooo!! By the way, we're in agreement that the red roses smell best.)
10. Going through photo albums
11. Weeding the garden
12. Eating healthy -- and liking it!
13. Waking up and going straight into the hot tub :)
14. Having a tea party out with friends
15. Watching "Little Women" and crying at all the same places!
16. Exercising while watching "Father of the Bride II" and laughing at all the same places!
17. Taking walks in the neighborhood -- Isabelle on her new 20" bike
18. Painting toe nails and fingernails (and making lots of promises to not chew them)
19. Feeding the animals in our pajamas
20. Eating dinner under the willow
21. Tickling and singing and giggling while laying in the hammock
22. Watching the sunrise under blankets on the porch swing
23. Counting down the hours till "our boys" come home to us
What a privilege to have a daughter ....
