After asking for over 4 years, my sweet husband gifted me with the most adorable chicken coop today!! I am just so excited about getting our chickens out of our barn and into their own space with fresh air and sunshine. We still have much to do to retrofit it with chicken yard, nesting boxes, etc. but I just had to share our new little addition to the "farm"!! Thank you honey! :-)

Farm Addition - Giddy over a Chicken Coop!
After asking for over 4 years, my sweet husband gifted me with the most adorable chicken coop today!! I am just so excited about getting our chickens out of our barn and into their own space with fresh air and sunshine. We still have much to do to retrofit it with chicken yard, nesting boxes, etc. but I just had to share our new little addition to the "farm"!! Thank you honey! :-)

How fun! Three cheers for the hubby!!! Hope we get a chance to come by and see it some time!
I can still picture my sweet niece explaining to me the difference in the food for the egg laying chickens and the frying chickens. The food for the frying chickens makes them "big and tasty". Said with a smile on her face. :) Happy for you on the addition.
