On Friday evening, the culmination of hours of practice and prayer came together in a grand finale of sorts as Josiah closes out his violin studies. With nearly 175 people in attendance, we were privileged to share the testimony of God's work in his life and in the life of our family through music, speaking opportunities, and prayer.

Our church embraced this event with tremendous support -- offering their services from sewing table toppers, to decorating and setup, baking, photographing, serving, and cleanup. It was a beautiful portrayal of the Body of Christ in action.

Josiah played 7 solo pieces as well as accompanying a singing piece and playing in two trio pieces, one of which was with his brother and sister.

We are still glowing after this memorable evening, ever so thankful for God's provision in allowing us to commemorate and celebrate Josiah's journey as a musician.

Josiah,
We know you performed magnificently
and although we weren't there in person, we were in spirit.
Congratulations!

I am happy I got to hear him play when I was there. Sad that I miss participating with your children in all their wonderful accomplishments.
Hugs to Josiah, I'm sure it was a wonderful night.
