While I do have a lovely apricot tree, thus far it's record for actually producing apricots has maxed out at 6 large and lovely fruits! We're so thankful for a generous neighbor who has two very mature apricot trees. I spent today making jam, and this evening we'll work as a family to prepare the fruit for the dehydrator.

Bounty From a Neighbor's Tree
While I do have a lovely apricot tree, thus far it's record for actually producing apricots has maxed out at 6 large and lovely fruits! We're so thankful for a generous neighbor who has two very mature apricot trees. I spent today making jam, and this evening we'll work as a family to prepare the fruit for the dehydrator.
