Here's a picture of my beloved "little" brother with his 3rd daughter Emma. Our family came up with the following description of Uncle Jeff: Loving, Laughing, Friendly, Faithful, Silly, Skinny (but ripped!), Devoted, Daddy-Dil! We love you brother!!
